 Instant Pav Bhaji



Ingridents for Making  Bhaji :

  • 3 to 4 Medium slice Potato
  • 2 Medium size Capsicum
  • 1\4 kg salad carot
  • 1\4 kg Beans
  • 1 Small Cup  Mutter
  • 2 table Spoon Butter
  • 2 Table Spoon Red Chilli Kashmiri powder
  • 1\2 Table Spoon Haldi
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Table Spoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Coriender Leaves, {For Garnish}
  • 1\2 Tabe Spoon Cumin Seeds

For Pav :

  • 5 to 6 Pav {Bread Rolls}
  • 2 Table Spoon Butter
  • 1 Table spoon Pav bhaji Masala

Method For making Pav Bhaji :

    • Heat butter and oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
    • Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
    • Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
    • Add chopped capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend with the onions.
    • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
    • Add the mashed potatoes and boiled peas to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
    • Add water to adjust the consistency of the bhaji. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
    • Add salt to taste and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for another minute.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  1. Prepare the Pav:

    • Heat butter in a pan and sprinkle pav bhaji masala on it.
    • Slice the pav horizontally and toast them in the butter until they are golden brown.
  2. Serve:

    • Serve the hot bhaji with buttered pav on the side.
    • Garnish with extra butter, chopped onions, lemon wedges, and coriander leaves if desired.
