Chicken Biryani Method:

chicken small medium pieces

11/2 kg basmati rice

Ginger garlic paste- 2 table spoon

[dalchini,hari ilachi,lawang,shajira 4 pices whole]

yogurt- 1 cup

oil - 1 cup

lemon
juice 2 table spoon

chilli paste 5to 6

Method :
1. First soak the rice in warm water and keep aside for 1 hour . After that take one bowl for chicken marination in chicken add curd,ginger garlic paste,one table spoon red chilli powder,whole spices garam masala powder 1/2 table spoon , 1 table spoon oil,green chilli paste 4 to 5 and then mix it well and keep it aside for 1 hour.After this method your chicken biryani taste will be mouth watering.
2. after 1 hour take one one hard base utensil put 4 table spoon oil
in it . Then add sliced 3 to4 sliced onion roufghly cutted tomatoes 3. Side by
side keep one more utensil on highb flame and add 2 ltr water in it .In water
add 2 table spoon oil whole garam masala
[lawang,hari ilachi,shajira,dalchini]4 pieces, dalchini one whole stick cut
into 4 piece .Add salt to taste in water and 1 table spoon lemon juice.OK then
coming to first utensil we added sliced onion and tomato onion to be light
brown add 2 green chilli in it. Then add marinated chicken to it stir it well
add little bit water to it.After that coock chicken 20 minutes on medium flame.
When the water comes to boil add soaked rice,rice should be half cooked take
the chicken aside.IN chicken coat one layer of birista, coriander and mint
leaves choped on it half cooked rice drain the water on the rice layer add 2
table spoon ghee and cover tightly put on flame 1 minute on high flame after
that low the flame for 15 minutes and then after 15 minutes your chicken biryani is
ready to serve.
